Default Anxiety
I have pretty bad anxiety...a heavy feeling in the back of my throat, heavy chest, etc. It has been worse lately and I have felt very dry also. My hands and nails feel very dry. Could I be dehydrated? Could that make anxiety feel worse? Are there any homeopathic remedies for anxiety?

There are numerous drugs for anxiety. We select drug based upon the peculiaries of the patient. My advice is to consult an experienced and qualified hompath personally.
