Default Only an opinion

the h/a's could be of the migraine variety , which in miasmatic terms points to Tuberculinum.

The first remedy I think of with cysts is Sulphur [Psoric]

I think that if you can cure the h/a and the cysts the stones will go of their own accord?.

Is there any TB in the hereditary background?.

Does she match any of the sulphurs -- Hep sul/pulsatilla/calc sul/Kali sul/Sul

Hello
more needs to be included in this case, not enough info.
To start; please tell her to stop taking the salt of any type, none allowed, this is really bad for the kidneys. An acid diet must be avoided as it causes more uric acid in the system. More on kidneys in this forum other thread....look up kidneystone posts.
To give a constitutional hom. remedy would be best plus a acute rem for the onset of pain. This is not possible via what you posted, not enough info for a homeopath.

There is a chance of polycystic kidney. You can confirm it by USG, or CT Scan, or IVP. If the case is above there will be persistant hypertension, berry aneurism in brain, causes frequent headaches, chance for sub arachnoid haemorrhage if aneurisum ruptures, haematuria in some cases, and chance of renal failure.

So treating such cases you have to monitor continuously. Otherwise you will not see the internal complications occuring. You can treat the patient as a whole. Antimiasmatic treatment is needed.

Default Agreed

Antimiasmatic treatment is required.

But one needs many details to advise on that .
