Default Am I sweating too much ?

Well, I and my friend are a regular work out partners in the Gym and outdoor sports. we almost work out for 1-1 1/2 hrs a day.
The funny thing is that i sweat to a dripping point that my T shirt will almost be drenched and i need to take a shower to get myself clean. On the other hand my friend doesnot sweat at all.

Me my friend

we both are skinny guys
Just for instance, we played outdoor tennis today for 1 hr and i was like sweating drops dropping all over from my head and ended with a wet T Shirt. My friend didnot even have a trace of sweat.

Well one thing, I don't sweat when i am not working out though.

I want to know if i am sweating too much ? and whose condition is normal.

thanks all for the advices

Default Sweating too much

Dear Doc,

Basically in Homoeopathy Full case record is required. OK you have sweating whe you exercuse bu character of weat, odour, is required. Is it cold to touch or hot ?.
But as for as specificity is concerned in China Q is best remedy for it if you sweat profusely.
Take 8 drops three times a day.

Try for detail case record.

Default Ass about face

Sweat is a normal part of the body's disposal of toxins. The toxins you create by the biochemistry of strenuous exercise. This is natural and helpful.

Your friend on the other hand may dispose of them in the stool or suffer from B.O. -- but if any one has a problem it is not you.

I have long railed against cosmetic products that prevent sweat --- this is a a SUPPRESSION in the Hahnemannian sense and is not good for the body's metabolism. No objection to deoderants , I use them.
