I think Dr. Sanjay is quite busy and has not been responding to emails. Seems to be a problem with most people in Mumbai!
So you can write to this address and order.
Hope this helps,

Default Dr:Praful Vijayakar's acute case management

Dear Doctor
Yes Definitely Dr. Vijaykar's Chart on Acute Management is very important one as I am using it since 2 years of my practice & also attednded seminar At Calicut organised by IHMA.
But That chart of Acute have great limitations and useful only in simple cases like Diarrhoea & simple fever. not in other acutes.
Another thing when any Homoeopath after the little bit of sucess try to predict himself equal to Dr. Hahnemann this is wrong thing.
This is what DR. Vijaykar is doing as referred to broachaer of Workshop of Predictive Homoeopathy.
He is predicting himself equal to Hahnemann.
Hahnemann is master in past, present & future so no one can equalise him in any respect.
Yes for beginner chart of acte is useful we should study it and in necessaryt situation use it.

Thanking you

With Regards

dear dr;pawan

first of all I should congratulate you for your enthusiasm in attending the seminar traveling all the distance from maharashtra to calicut.

usage of the acute chart for 2 yrs might have made u an expert in it.I am just a novice in that.
can u tell me, what type of questions u ask to find out the pt is diligent or not.
you agree that the chart can be used for acute fevers. what is the % of success in that ?

Default Dr. Vijaykar's Acute Case Management

Dear Doc,
I will just give a small example to determine the diligence of patient.
A youg boy is considered diligent and only if he has never to be forced to study. He performs his duty on his own.
Yes i agree upto somewhat extent that this chart can be used in acute fevers but exceptions is severe lower respiratory infections like Pneumonia.
But simple acute fever can be best managed by using this chart.

Are you member of any organisation?
Are you present at Calicut Conference of Vijaykar on 9 10th Aprill organised by IHMA.

Please reply.

dear dr pawan chandak

thanks for your replies.

as you are using the acute chart of dr vijayakar for 2 years you must be quite experienced in it's usage.

may I request you to reply to all the questions/problems faced by me and dr jaisons (as written in the earlier posts to this thread) ?
please give detailed replies. It will help me, dr jaisons (and may be others !) to use this chart in a better way.

I am also confused about this 'diligent' factor. I understand it as a rubric for the chronic but to understand and diffentiate 'diligent' in case of fever and than interpret in terms of dr V's chart is a bit difficult.
what if the feverish person is an illiterate person / retired person with no work to do / old woman .......still we think in terms of a child, who wants to study or go to school ?

regards,
dr manish agarwala

Default Dr:Praful Vijayakar's acute case management

Dear Doctor,
Just take a case for example
A man who is of nearly 40-45 yrs of age who has not taken a leave from his office or Job or Service in last 20 years or a man who insist on going to office not from fear of boss or avarice of getting money - these type of persons are diligent person.

Clearly Diligent means sincere, hard working, steady working, knowlege accumulating persons.

I hope your idea regarding Diligencymight be solved.

Yes usuallly confusion occurs because people are unaware of fact that in Homoeopathy History part is important & due to suffering patient avoids his own symptomatic language so in such cases we have keep concentration on observation of case, collect data from relatives or friends.

Do you know that I am National Secretory of IHMA for this year 2005-06

Try to keep direct contact by email.
