Default Help please

"I am finding that I am acting intensely on all my responsibilities. I can't seem to clear my head of what has to be completed, even if I know I have to do something another day I am too focused on it.

My heart seems to be skipping a beat from time to time, I feel like there is a sinking or hollow feeling in my heart region as my heart beats. I have had this happen off and on."

Unedited statement from a patient.

Any ideas about possible rubrics/remedy suggestions?

Murthy

passkey has a little shameless behaviour in the past
Default Hollow

Gavin , take a look at Empty feeling in heart --- Kent lists Cocc, medorrhinum and Sulph.

Personally I would look carefully at med and any past suppressions.

dear friend,
try to ask to your patient "In your opinion, why do you feel so?"

maybe this will give you the key.
