Here is the way to make silica. I make this medicine to treat the scars of my patients. In most cases it works perfect and in some cases it still works (A step away from perfection)Make Silica at a dry day (No rain and low humidity)1. Find some natural rock pebbles (You can find it in sands to make cement concrete mix). Or you can pick it up from rail line tracks.2. Try to identify the rock pebble (small piece of rock) which is semi transparent) if you can’t find it then any other natural rock will do the job.3. Heat up the stones to expel the moisture.4. Stones should be about 20 grams. 5. Now put the stones on a clean metal surface and beat the stone with hammer. In other way you beat up the rock real fine. 6. When you think you can’t beat up the rock any more you stop.7. Put the powder in a one litter mineral water bottle.8. Shake it and let it settle for 10 minutes.9. After 10 minutes heavier rock will settle down at the bottom but water will be still murky because of the micro silica particles.10. Remove top 1/3 of the liquid without shaking the bottle.That is your medicine. Use two drops three times a day just like any homeopathy medicine. You may see the results in just two days.

however, one look at your details told me that the first remedy that I would think is SILICEA. I think it covers all your symptoms.

have you been on this before?(i must clarify not to do this constitutional prescribing your self,see a homeopath........ this is only my advice on line)
(if agg. starts there will be no one to help you )
if not start with a verry low potency like 6c,succusing each sip 10x prior to taking. do not take more than one granule in a bottle of water.
when the 6c stops it's action wait and see,if needed work your way up in potency.....stop.....wait.......up in potency......stop....etc.
sil.constitution is verry sensitive.
have this done under guidance of your homeopath,he might have some other suggestions to follow regards the 'satalite' remedies you might need .

glad to be of service,but i noticed the first sentence in your post states that you are in question of how to take this remedy after i made it clear not to do this on your own,you do need the expierence of a classically trained homeopath,i'm sorry to say.Homeopathy is extremely difficult,not as easy as people think,problems can happen ....miasmatic predisposed layers,acute satalite remedies,aggravations,constant montoring.
Sil.personality specially. I have expierence with sil. persona before and i know what i am dealing with . (extremely sensitive,mentally,emotionally and physically)

this is for you and all others who write to these forums looking for their constitutional remedy.

I did write back suggesting silicea. but I did add warnings about trying to do self treatment. that is important.

I and many other fellow homeopaths do need money to pay for our bread, but I do agree with you - those in the healing profession should not be greedy. compassion is the main thing.

many times, I try to stop myself from giving advice on these forums. this is not because of some monetary considerations but because I do not want the person to do self prescription.

there is more to homeopathy than just knowing the remedy name.

I saw your other post, looking for acute remedy - see you need an expert to handle the acute as well as chronic remedies for you.

I may offer my advice (and also remedy name) for free but I do charge for the full treatment and consultation.

it will be best for you not to go for self prescriptions (even if you know the remedy) and look for a sincere homeopath, in your city.

I have written all this to you and many others ......please do not misunderstand me. I am not suggesting that you should take online / visit consultation from me.
