Hi Gien,
Since she seems to be overly concerned about her appearance, I think Baryta Sulph may be a closer similimum than Baryta carb. See if there are predominant Sulph or Carb physical/mental indications . These salts are quite different.

SKIN; HAIR; unusual parts, on: lyc., med., ol-j., thuj., thyr., tub.
This expression is predominantly Sycotic miasm, her mental frame is basically Sycotic Miasm. So I'd be either looking for a predominantly Sycotic remedy underlying everything, or else she may need a Sycotic intercurrent like Thuja.

She may even need both remedies, Ambra and Baryta sulph one after another, depending on what is predominant at this point of time. I'm not sure of any complementary relationship. Its good to have them in mind so you can percieve the picture more clearly.

You're welcome,
dr. leela

Difficulty in passing urine if any one else is present is a symptom peculiar to Nat Mur .

Soemtimes in cases like these you need to prescribe for the predominant picture and when the remedy stops helping, prescibe the Thuja intercurrent, one dose.
After there is some shift, then check the predominant picture again. If it indicates the first remedy, prescribe it again. IF it indicates a complementary remedy, then give that one.

Eg; Just to give you an idea...
Silica then Thuja.
then Ambra Grisea, then Thuja
then Baryta Sulph, then Thuja again.
Then Ambra again....
Always check what is the predominant emotional picture when a remedy has stopped helping. If there are physical indications to guide you at any point , even better!

Paul HErscu also has another interesting idea about cycles of remedies needed for cure.

dr manish agarwala is on a distinguished road
Default it's puls.

gien,

I have a few such cases. to me it looks like pulsatilla.

she responded to silicea - as sil. is the chronic of puls.

see morrison desktop guide book and also the new vermeulen mm. read puls in these 2 books and I think you will agree that she is a puls indeed.
I think you will find all the rubrics, as mentioned by you - in puls.
