Unhappy Help painful Intercourse and Adhesions

Help, I can't figure out how to post a new thread so I am hoping this works.
I had stage 4 Endometiosis, 11 surgeries and a total hysterectomy. I form adhesions galore( I take large doses of shark cartilage for the adhesions and it is working) . I still have pain with sex, the whole penetration and thrust. I did not have this before my surgeries. I also tore a right iliosacral ligament. What can help my problem? I also was diagnosed with chronic myofascial pain syndrome which I am keeping under control with diet, rest, yoga and supplements and massages. Any specific recommendations and dosagesforhomeopathy? I have no health insurance and docotr's didn't help any way. Please, feel free to email me. Thanks for any advice!
