Now a days many doctors made remedies from the secritions. They get the secrition of patient and potentised it and then administered it to the patient.
I want to know that it works? if it works then up to which potency?

This is called isopathy. It is a form of "vaccination".
It was done during Hahnemann's day as well. HAhnemann (in the organon - Footnote 63 to Aphorism 56) did not fully approve of this method as homeopathic. IN the long term he observed that it only aggravated the disease.
It seems to work in the shoirt term, but is not homeopathy as the totality of symptoms was not taken into consideration. So the remedy is not a similimum.
It may only have a partial or specific action whatever the potency used.

There was a case , written up by a homeopathic Doctor , who when a wound refused to heal took some of the pus and worked it up to 6c , It cured the patient - who was in hospital . No idea of the long term effect.

have known a homeopath that used her own blood to make a homeopathic remedy. and this helped her.
She was on a trip and had no access to homeopathy,thus using this method cured her of the ailment.
