Default Remedy for Angina

Here is a link that I ran across on eBay. eBay item 5554733207 (Ends Mar-01-05 20:35:00 PST) - Nectavida: Multi-vitamin/Antioxidant/Weight Loss/Cancer

Has anyone ever heard of this? I have been diagnosed as having Angina. In the ad, it says it is good for that. Does anyone know if this would be a good remedy or can anyone let me know where to find a homeopathic remedy that will work? All I get from my doctor is "Take an aspirin a day" which I do. It doesn't seem to be helping.

Thanks for your input,
Dar S.

Default Dear Dar

I have cured cases of angin with homeopathy . BUT only by applying the appropriate remedy that the individual's body calls for - you need a proper analysis.

All the doctor told me was that I have stable angina. It is predictable, he said. When I push or pull and also walking my dog at night when I'm tired or have too much for dinner. Does this give you any clues? Thanks for any info. Dar S.

Default Angina

Not really.
One would need more information to suggest a remedy.
In what position did you sleep as a baby . When born did you have a bluey tint to the whites of the eyes . Do you have any moles , warts , birthmarks . Do you sleep well for a long time at night.
Are you restless , like travel. Do you have a pointy or square chin. Are you full of vague fears. Like boiled eggs.
Are you tidy/untidy. Like /dislike sympathy.[ oh you poor thing?.]
Drink in small mouthfuls . Like cloths under your chin at night but the window open so that the body is warm but the head cool.
Do you eat little and often or have a fair sized meal and go hours before eating again. Have a down period between 4 pm & 8 pm.
Are you blonde , dislike rich foods - easy going up to a pint and then stubborn ; Dislike wearing woolen garments.
With the right miasmatic treatment it should be ok.

My goodness!! My regular doctor has never asked me most of these questions!!

I will do my best to answer them for you, though:

#1 -- When I was a baby, my Mother always put me on my stomach. I slept on my tummy until I was in my 30's and started getting back aches.
#2 -- I really don't know if my eyes were bluish or not when I was born. No one has ever said they were.
#3 -- Yes, I do have warts and moles. Much more as I age. They seem to pop up overnight. They are flesh colored for the most part. I have a lot of sun damage on my back that are darker moles and I have to keep a watch on them. I did have 2 moles on my right shoulder removed when I was in my 30's. They were real dark and felt irratated from time to time. Nothing since then.
#4 -- No, my sleep is very restless, waking about every 3 or 4 hours. It has improved somewhat over the last few months as I got a homeopathic remedy for insomnia that seems to help. Sometimes it doesn't, though.
#5 -- I wouldn't say I am restless but I have been told that I have restless leg syndrome. It occurs when I'm trying to get to sleep. Yes, I love traveling if I can go by car so I can stop and see what I want to and rest when I want to. I guess I would call my chin more pointy -- not a lot but definitely not square. Yes, I do have vague fears. People who know me well say I'm "always waiting for the other shoe to drop". Yes, I do like boiled eggs. I don't eat them too often though. Yes, I would classify myself as tidy and No, I do not like too much sympathy. I was told at an early age to "suck it up" and it seems to work for me. Yes, I do drink in small mouthfuls -- I never gulp. I like warmth at night so I usually don't have a window open. It is a very pleasant feeling, though, to have the body warm and the head cooler until it gets too cold and then if I do have a window open, I'll go close it.
#6 -- I eat a full meal at lunch. I sometimes eat a full dinner but most of the time will grab a piece of fruit or ice cream (my downfall). I can go very long hours without eating or drinking anything. Yes, I do seem to tire out and sometimes even take a nap between the hours of 4 & 8 PM.
#7 -- I have what is called "ash" blonde hair and I don't usually eat rich foods but sometimes I crave them. I am very easy going. The only times I get stubborn is when someone is trying to push me into doing something that I am uncomfortable with. The stubborness or anger comes when I really don't care to be around the person who is trying to talk me into something I don't want to do. I have been know to "explode" and tell that person exactly what I think with no holds barred.
#8 -- I don't wear woollen garments. I do have a pair of wool socks when my feet get too cold, I have no other wool clothes.

What do you think, passkey, am I hopeless??

Thanks again for your time. Please let me know if you have any more questions. I see where you are going here. I think just by re-reading my answers that I have a problem with stress. I do!! My regular doctor has always told me that I have to learn to deal with my stress but has never told me how I can do that. I am calmer now than I used to be so I think I'm moving in the right direction.

Thanks again for any info you can give me,
Dar S

Default Hopeless

NO, not hopeless.
Pointers here to a number of remedies.
In a miasmatic sense its a tossup between Tuberculinum and Carsinosin.
Whichever of those is used first should be followed by ;-
Strong indication for Pulsatilla the temperament is right along with the dislike of wollens.
Possible to consider Calc Sul due to boiled eggs ?.
Possible to consider Lycopodium low point 4-6 o.c/

Pretty strong indications for Ars Alb , tidy body warm head cool , sip drinks.
I'd start with a single dose of Carsinosin 10m [which you cant get in the USA!.]

Then get Pulsatilla and after waiting at least 2/3 weeks to gauge the effect of the carsinosin, take 3 doses of 10M . Then wait another 2/3 weeks and study any changes that have taken place. Have a firm idea of the conditions before you take any remedies so that you have a yardstick to judge with.

Stress. high level stress , it is now accepted , can lead to cancer . But it seems that few consider that long term low level stress can lead to seious illness. Try studying any of the arts , yoga, psychology, taoism, sufi all these help to broaden the outlook and reduce stress. Go out into the garden on a clear night and look at the stars . Then consider that the star you see may have died centuries ago and the light you see left there centuries before christ was born. It could increase your sense of proportion - or it could increase your stress , if the latter write me an abusive reply!.
