2.the Pt Is Having Recurring Attacks After Every 3 Months Without Any Special Regard To Weather.

Default sulphur > by washing?

I wonder if all modalities are equally important.

================================================
Itching < night
Itching < warmth of bed
Itching > bathing [ ? warmth\cold]
Itching pleasurable [voluptuous]
Eruptions periodic

These are the symptoms which I have understood from the case data. If there is any variation HDRTARIQ please clarify.
From the above symptoms sulph comes first. Of course sulph has bathing <.If it is cold bathing > fagopyrum,kali-I and phyto [ from kents rep clematis too] covers. But do these medicines fit to this case?. If it is warm bathing which > anac,ars,sil and rhus-t can come.but these too how far suitable here has to be seen.
