I would appreciate some quick help in this acute case:

- pain started after heavy work
- first sign looked like the flu is coming: beaten up sensation in all muscles - got Gelsenium
- pain concentrated in the lower back
- next day pain switched to shoulder and nape and was much stronger, cramplike
- pain extended to head, with strong exploding headache, strongest in the forehead, agg. upon any motion, red face, better lying on stomach - got Belladonna in dilution, highering potency with every dose, excruciating pain, not relieved by this, switched to Bryonia
- headache got better by the morning a little, pain went back to shoulder
- by the night can not sleep from pain in shoulder, and took a painkiller

After posting it, and searching more and more, it came up in my mind too - the unhappy side is, that I just don't have it at the moment, and the earliest time to get it is monday
It is my husband who is suffering, and have to go to work on tuesday. Now I gave him Rhus Tox, as it seems a close enough remedy, and will try Sang. on monday, if still in need.

it seems that the lower back has been damaged in some way, this is where the centre of action lay.
Look up Lachesis, from what symptoms you have reported, it is worth studying.

I looked up Lachesis, and yes, it looks very good: he slept into the aggravation (actually he couldn't sleep back, after being awakened by the pain.) And, as he told me, it felt like "someone teared my arm off completely, and put it back with quick-glue".
But he feels allredy pretty well, after using Rhus Tox. So we will now wait and see, what happens.
