If you're looking for homeopathic treatment - it's always best to find a homeopath who can see you in person and fully assess your case. A whole case needs to be taken in order to prescribe effectively/accurately.
However, there are some practical things you can do in the meantime:
-The first thing is to closely consider your diet; to rule out any maintaining causes.
-Consider bowel cleansing; if the bowel is not moving well - a bowel cleanse can help get things moving in the meantime (but make sure you read up it first!). Fibre is really important (along with plenty of healthy fluids; good quality water!)
-Don't use anti-perspirants; they are suppressive and very unhealthy. If you must use something, consider talcum powder or deodorant that does not contain any type or form of aluminium in it (make sure to read the labels)
If you've recently given up using anti-perspirant - it is not uncommon to sweat a bit more while your body readjusts.
Hope that helps some...
Best wishes -
Lisa
