Acute
Acute cases are normally short lived and self curing - or they end rapidly in death & there is little or no time to take the case , you have to have the correct remedy at your fingertips.
Chronic cases on the other hand are usually created by the application of suppressive measures that cure symptoms and drive the problem deeper into the body , where there is not enough vitality left to deal with it.
The only answer is a long term attempt to resucitate the vitalty . In doing this , if one is successful , the suppressed symptoms are brought to the surface and vanish in the reverse order to their suppression. The spiral of suppression is unwound. Which sounds fine but is one of the most difficult things to achieve.
There are no such thing as chronic remedies, only deep acting and shallow acting and both may be needed , as appropriate , in the unwinding process described above.
