Question Continuous sneezing

My friend's cat is 10 years old. About 10 weeks ago, she started to sneeze a lot and it appeared that there was some blockage up her nasal passage. There was eventually bloody mucus and slight swelling in her forehead. She took the cat to the vet and eventually they flushed out her nasal passage, took swabs and did tests. She did seem to improve after the flushing, but the problem came back. She has had a few courses of anti-biotics as well. The tests did not show anything unusual. So the vet said as a last resort to try Silica. I gave my friend silica 30c for her cat and after 2 doses, she seemed to improve. About 2 weeks later, the problem came back and she gave her another course of silica 30c and she improved. However, the problem recurred shortly after stopping taking 6 doses. So I gave her Silica 200C, but that has not improved the situation. She stopped after 6 doses and after 1 week, resumed it again. The cat has not improved. It does appear that the sneezing fit starts as soon as she eats and she sneezes continuously for about 2 minutes and then there will be bloody mucus coming out of her nose. she is eating well but she does appear to be losing weight. She now seems to have a lump (of mucus?) in her forehead (between her eyes).

does anyone have any suggestions as to what to do?

passkey has a little shameless behaviour in the past
Default sneezing

antibiotics suppress the condition and make the immune system below par - vaccines do the same . Sneezing is an allergy and allergies are down to a depressed immune system!. 2 suggestions - one; use Nat Mur 10m to remove problems due to previous medication -allopathic or homeopathic - and wait to see result 2/3 wks. Two ; use Nat Sul 1m or 10m - I once cured a man who was allergic to his own dog! with this .
Incidentally the use of silica on a repeated basis , that only pàlliated the symptoms for a time shows how homeopathy -as well as allopathy can be used to suppress and drive symptoms inwards , worsening the condition of the patient !!.

single dose "only" sulphur 30c..

NO! more booster 'shots'

NO! other medicines-remedies-antibiotics-skin ointments....etc

cat NEEDS fresh "kill" (not necessarily daily but monthly at the least) and home prepared is to be encouraged at this time;
MUST AVOID ...canned -processed food

allow cat readily avaiability access to outdoors..

Ok will try . Gave her on Wed evening raw minced chicken, which she nibbled at. No sneezing after eaten, though did'nt seem very happy and kept going to kitchen for other food which I did not give to her. Thursday - gave her raw minced chicken again but would not touch it. Still seemed very unhappy. She had a really bad sneezing bout and bloody mucus came out of nose and mouth (never came out of the mouth before). Constant rubbing her paw against left side of nose and left eye still weeping. Friday morning - has been outside for a little while, when she came back in I gave her a bit of dried food biscuits, which she has nibbled at and has now curled up on a bed, still not looking very happy.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

what are the characteristics of "weeping' from lefte eye? color of discharge? constant?only after sneezing?before sneezing?is there weeping without sneezing?....etc = Colour of discharge is clear (like tears). Since she has been ill her left eye looks watery (but not weeping) even without sneezing, but only starts to weep after a sneezing bout.

please explain "looking unhappy" --she look this before changing food (even though still was sneezing and such)? - Even though she did'nt look well ("unhappy"), before food change, she seemed to look really sorry for herself after the food change. I used to give her a pouch of food and also left a bowl of dried food if she wanted it (which is at the moment what she prefers, rather than the pouch or fresh food). Tonight have given her a choice of both again - (pouch food and dried food - because she has already lost quite a bit of weight, I'd rather she ate something)- once again she has nibbled a little of the pouch food but eaten more from the dried food. Tomorrow I will try a smaller portion of fresh food again and also leave out some dried food. Last night, before bad sneezing bout where blood came out of her mouth, a couple of times she would hold her head up, eyes closed and open her mouth for a couple of seconds, then rub her left nostril with paw.

has single dose "ONLY" sulphur 30c been administered? - yes ONLY one dose.
Came home from work this afternoon to find quite a bit of blood on the floor in the passage where her food is. She obviously had another bad sneezing bout while I have been at work.

what ingrediants in dry food (as listed on packing)? Ingredients:Cereals, Vegetable protein extracts, Meat and animal derivatives, oils and fats, minerals, fish and fish derivatives, vegetables, derivatives of vegetable origin.

when (date-time) give sulpur 30c? Wednesday 7.30am

what is characteristics of mucous involved? "Snotty" like mucous with a pinkish/reddish tinge. Looks sticky.

what is symptomology as exists now? please explain all aspects that are able observe.. Fed this morning and this evening (dry food) and as yet has not sneezed. Drinking a lot more water than usual. Lump on the forehead between her eyes has not changed in size. She does not like anyone touching her face. Seems to be more aware and more "jumpy" at loud noises.
Looks for company (lies on lap) but does not want too much attention (stroking).
