She went out this morning. Came back in and ate food (pouch) was ok for about half hour and then starting sneezing. No blood - Left eye and nostril still a bit watery. No change to lump between eyes. Still the same size and feels hard. Should I take away pouch food and just leave dried food for her for a couple of days? Has been outside twice today but doesnt wander too far off from house. Tonight has eaten a bit of both pouch and dried food and now lying in front of fire. No sneezing as yet.

what is current status? - Yesterday held off pouch food the whole day. She nibbled dried food but kept coming to me and going to kitchen, so sorry but I gave in and gave her a pouch at 8 last night, which she ate half of. (No sneezing). She had one sneezing bout (that I witnessed) yesterday during day but not as long as normal. Also have noticed left eye still a little watery but not weeping (only weeps when sneezing) left nostril still looks reddish. Lump has not changed as yet and still does not like me touching it too much. She seems pretty much more content in herself though. (Purring a bit more and also becoming a little more "playful"). Fur still looks unkempt and still looking quite thin.

what you notice concerning thirst? - still very thirsty. She drinks a lot more water than she did before.Am having to top up water bowl every day (not that she has drunk it all, but at least half). She went out this morning and when I let her back in, she went straight to the bowl where I usually put pouch food in, even though there was dried food next to it. So gave her another pouch this morning. No sneezing before I left for work (about half hour after eaten). Left eye was a little weepy last night even though she had'nt sneezed. Breathing still sounds a bit mucous.

change pouch food. if unable to abstain..and observe response.. - ok will try that. Went home early yesterday and witnessed sneezing bout. Not as long as before but I thought it was usually after she had eaten something but this was not the case yesterday afternoon. She didn't have anything to eat only a bit of water and she started, but like I said not for long. And last night after she was fed, a few sneezes and then started rubbing her left nostril again.

single dose "only" calcarea carbonica 30c.

wrong feeding is problem here (over time).
stop dried food..
start NOW! giving - yogurt (plain).. if not avaiable give soured milk.
but NO! milk unless fresh from cow (raw)--
again fresh (kill) important to cat well-being..and is to be encouraged.
as for pouch/moist food make sure no soy or soy products in it.
