32 year old pt gave birth 12 weeks ago, has burning, pain, tingling 8/10 at night.
Currently being treated with neurontin and acupuncture. Pt occassionaly will take a percocet at night when pain becomes intolerable. Hypericum? in what dose? any topical available? arnica?

burning, tingling, pain from head of r fibula distal to great toe, primarily lateral to tibia. Looong labor, unsure of birthing meds-would assume usual.

hard to say -need more thorough information..

maybe nux-v or phos if Epidural Anesthesia (spinal tap) used ..
perhaps ph-ac due to analgesics usage..also depend whether normal birth or c -section--and whether or not intervenis 'drip' used...
