Unhappy Dreams

Hello everyone,

I have a question regarding dreams.

I dream each and every night, in fact if I wake up I can recall what I had just dreamed go back to sleep and continue the dream.

The biggest problem I seem to have is that I do not feel like I sleep during the night I have an awful time waking up and getting out of bed. This has been happening the past 3 mths. I was hoping it would go away on its own, but not the case.

If anyone has any suggestions what I could do to assist me in getting a better night sleep please let me know.

Thanks,

Mel

Hi Mel,
A good remedy based on the complete picture of your symtpoms will surely help you with this problem. If you are able to see a homeopath locally, do so.
Otherwise there are some of us who also help people online.
All the best to you,
doctorleela

shafiq,

Rhus tox is compatible with bryonia on many symptoms but it also antidotes bryonia on having difference in "type of origination of pains". That's kausar is pointing.

Waking often in your sleep, dreaming much and not feeling rested after sleep is often the result of stress. Whatever medicine you use will at best give temporary relief if the stress continues, so you should also address stress factors in your life. Typical causes of stress are trying to give too many things top priority, failing to plan your workday, generally taking on more than you can actually do.

Try to tie up loose ends, prioritize (yuck, had to look that one up) what you do, learn to say no to tasks you cannot realistically undertake.

Hans

Default Jung & Dreams

Jung says -- a dream is a message from the sub concious- if you "read" it correctly and take the action required you can move on from the place at which you are "stuck". Remember that dreams predate language !! The signs used are symbolic - thus a mode of transport means a vehicle - which may be a legal document ! etc.
