Thank you Ricky and Baity both for your replies. I only just saw them. I went to the doctor - xray and TB test - no TB no pneumonia. (Luck yas it turns out that my neighbour had TB a year ago and is still taking the medication) Doctor didn't offer me antibiotics. I went to a Tibetan doctor (the classical homeopath was too expensive for me and had a long waiting list) - he gave me a 15 daycourse of herbs. i am on day 13. i am a little bit better but not better. still coughing up all the time - yellow catarhh. seems to be an endless production. worse on climbing my stairs or bicycle, airconditioning, after 1st half hour of waking up. I'm so sick of being sick! Hard for me to do all the things i need to (working single mum). getting weak and fed up. perhaps the herbs are doing something but its SLOW, been coughing for nearly 6 weeks now. if antibiotics will stop it, i will go beg the doc for them! I can't stay ill so long and i will get really sick if my body doesn't get clear of it soon. it doesn't make much sense as i am (relatively) young - 35, (relatively) fit, eat well, don't smoke or allow smoking in my home, I have been looking after myself no overindulgence for these few weeks...yet it seems to have got hold of me as if I was an elderly person. Tonight I will sleep in a different room in case it has something to do with my bed, damp room (its hot summer now though), or some other geophysical element i am unaware of.
Seem to need a lot of sleep at the moment too. Thank you thank you and please for any suggestions ideas. |

thank you very much for these suggestions . i will try them. i'm assuming that the Nat Sul 1m is a one time only dosage, not every night?
coughing a little less today, mostly when lying down or after physical activity. a walk in fresh air is a good idea. i live in one of the dirtiest and most polluted dusty parts of the city but will head to the beach for some real oxygen! many thanks to you all. |
