Any reputable homeopathic pharmacy should be able to make up any nosode for you if you ask them. There are Helios and Ainsworths in the UK, or Freemans in Scotland. Out of these, I normally prefer to use Helios, as I have found them to be very good and helpful.
You would have to look at the symtoms of the disease for effective remedies really, but you would probably be looking at fast acting remedies such as Belladonna, Apis, Bryonia or such like. Other than that you would need to look at the exact symptoms and the modalities and take a full acute case that included any mental/emotional changes as well as the general and physical symptoms plus the modalities. Repertorise these out and you should get to a remedy that fits the case.
I have to say though, that a well chosen remedy that fits the case is better than a nosode. Just my opinion though.
Good luck
