Question Patient imagines
Patient has an image flash before him when talking to other people.....the image is that he is hitting the other person in the face. Has anyone seen this in the mat med ??

This is an unconscious desire to strike for whatever reason but probable to defend him for something he fears. Under Strike and Desire to Kill in Kent you might find the remedy (Bell, Hyos, Stram, Tarent, Verat etc.). Alternatively you can go deeper to find out why he has this feeling and what he fears
