29. Describe the child's eating habits, for example: picks at his food, or eats voraciously, or

It has varied a lot over the last year, its difficult to say. She used to sit down and eat quite well now i find she dioesn't really unless we pretend she's a baby who needs to be fed. Sometimes she picks, occasionally she is voracious. She finds it hard to sit still especially but then there is no big family eating occasion, she tends to be on her own with me sitting with her.

No

She has never really slept through the night but constantly wakes up
because she wants to sleep with me. She often sleeps on her front with her bottom up in the
air.She grinds her teeth very loudly and it sounds painful She always throws offf the covers. She dislikes the idea of going to bed. Her head is sometimes sweaty, but then it is hot here.

33. Is there anything striking, or characterizing about your child, for example: attatchments,
unusual desires and abilities, preferences in clothing, etc.? She is learning 3 languages at a time and I think she is verbally very precocious in her mother tongue {English} even if that were not the case.
I don't think she is particularly attached to any of her teeddy bears etc, maybe for a few days then a different one but there has never been a special tedy or thing she wanted to always have with her. {She likes her realistic baby best though}.
She likes flamboyant princessy clothes but then I guess most 3 yr old girls do...

Nothing really
36. How often does the child get sick? Does he tend toward certain illnesses?
Generally extremely robust.
She has had the odd cold, but basically her health has been wonderful except for the recurrent mouth thing . And actually i was worried for quite a few motnths as she seemed to have a chronic cough at night which i even thought might be asthma but it seems to have gone in the last few months.

37. What illnesses run in the family, including the grandparents?
Cancer, grandparents on both sides.

Play on the beach. run around near and in water with no clothes on. Hide under sheets/blankets. Look at animals. Be with babies. Go to parties. Draw and paint. dress up as a princess.

39. It's important for us to know what may have been the cause for the complaints you have mentioned. To this end, please make a list, in order of occurence, of the major events in the child's life, including such things as physical and emotional traumas, major illnesses, losses, deaths in the family, surgeries, etc. and the child's age at the time. If he or she had a notable reaction to these events, please describe.
5 weeks - she started crying for a few weeks solidly. Later i found out she had had vaginal thrush {probably because of the antibiotics i had intravenously during her birth}
3 months - she fell off a bed. Cried a lot, then was fine. No damage.
4 months - we went travelling in the Philippines and Thailand for 6 months. She seemed very happy and well adjusted, though we both got sick directly after the two long aeroplane flights there and back. At this time she had a severe cold and cough.
No traumas, major illnesses, losses , no deaths or surgeries so far...

THANK YOU!!!!!
