The good thing about site update is that now you get to see the number of views to a post. I am amazed that with more than 20 views, there has been no response on this post.
Speaks volumes about the knowledge on this particular subject

Sorry I haven't answered this post.
I've detached my retinas rolling my eyes over the question, and the bizarre assumptions, conclusions, and prejudices you continue to display here. Don't you worry, though, FF; the laughter I'm enjoying is helping them heal. If you're really interested in learning anything about this topic (as opposed to just launching more insults about homeopathy and homeopaths...who you desperately want to be, but don't want to work to become....) you could just go and read some proving notes. They'll tell you the answer to the first part of your "inquiry". As for the second part, I sure hope we're not seeing a supremely sexist side of you now, too: if you're flogging that old chestnut about women just being wombs on legs who must sacrifice their lives to that organ's purpose, then goddess help you in your latest prejudice.

Apology accepted
I hope you had enough time to ask for the answers from whoever you usually do.Read proving notes where ? which book ? Please do ask that also. You seem to have forgotten that in your "laughter" ![]() Regarding the last part of your post, what have you been smoking lately. I asked a simple question which you have twisted into God knows what.

If you look in the Organon at how provings are conducted, you will find your answer. If that's not sufficient, then you can study provings (actualy provings - not just the compiled Materia Medicas which mostly streamline stuff) then you will also find your answer there.
Happy hunting .

Chamomile! Ha ha! My retinas are healing faster than I ever thought possible.
FF, stop asking for things to be handed to you on a silver platter. WORK a little bit, you might learn something! And...PUT...DOWN....THAT....CHAMOMILE!!!!

As for books, look for proving notes. I know, I know, that's work too... But for a wannabe, you don't want to make the effort to even google a source. If you can't find the intellectual curiosity to want to seek out these answers on your own, you won't make it as a student of anything, let alone homeopathy.

Other books where you can study proving data are: Materia Medica Pura - by Samuel Hahnemann. Chronic Diseases - part two (psst, it contains all the proving data of several remedies) - also by Samuel Hahnemann - make sure if you get this book you get it complete (not just the theory part which is part 1). But, those books won't tell you HOW provings are done. That's in the Organon!
