Appreciate advice on antidoting kali bich 30c which I had been taking for chronic sinusitis for many years (occassionally whenever needed, for a week or so in 30c doses). Now Iam suffering more of its side-effects.
Is Pulsatilla 30x a good antidote and if so how to take?

I had stopped taking it for over two months now but still its effect continues.

I will try your suggestions. Just to clarify if I understood correctly, I should take Hepar Sulph 200 only and your advice is that I dont take with it with Pentarken Cinnaberis, is this correct?

Could you tell me what is Pentarken Cinnaberis? I find only Cinnabaris listed as a remedy.

Please don't self medicate for a chronic problem. Go and have a consultation with a professional classical homeopath and you could well find the sinusitis going away for good!!

I had been personally visiting and consulting a well experienced and popular classical homeopath for my sinusitis problems all these years. All the remedies that I took are as per his prescriptions. ( His prescriptions were : Kali bich 30c whenever needed, Hydrastis 30C and Bio Combination#2 basically to strengthen my nasal membranes and build resistance). It is only during last two years that I had to move out of town to a new place due to my job that I could not consult my homeopath. But I was following his general advices and continuing the medications whenever needed.

Most of my sinus problems are now under control as I do not get those thick pus like discharges, severe headaches and fever any more.

The only few problems I have now are :
1. continued swelling of my sinuses and inside of my nose and general discomfort.
2. my lungs breathe out foul smelling air which is allergic to others but not me (and I had taken all allopathic tests etc and there are no other health problems or infections etc). I guess it is due to long use of Kali bich since whenever I take it I find these problems increase rapidly. Eventhough I stopped taking any remedy for over two months now, these problems continue.

I want to clear my system of all these side effects due to long use of the remedy and recover from the present sufferings.

i have suggested you to take Hepar sulphur 2oo to be very precisely one dose a day in clean mouth six days only
and along with it start taking pentarken cinnaberis its a combination medicine by Schwabe two tablets thrice a day
this will definately give y quick relief
rgarding yr aggravation symptoms I dont think kali bich 30 aggravation symptom could last for such a long period I feel y r not cured and thats it
if y wish to see some competent Homeopath it yr wish and ok

Thanks much for your excellent suggestions and advices.
I tried best but could not find any source for Pentarken Cinnaberis and only option seems to order from Scwabe, Germany which will take many weeks to obtain.
However I took Hepar Sulphur 200 as you mentioned for six days. It has cleared most of my foul smell exhalation problems though some remain. Also, some of the swellings of sinuses and inside of my nose (turbinates) has reduced but not completely.
I strongly feel that if I get rid of all the ill effects caused by those remedies that I had taken for many years, I should be alright. (This I say because the specialist ENT who did endoscopic sinus examination, an year ago, did not find anything wrong except swellings of the turbinates, which was ofcourse due to the long use of the remedies)
Appreciate advice if I need to take any further remedy.

Have y been taking lot of antibiotics?
pls do take Hepar sulph 200 one dose every fifth day for atleast four doses
some simple tools like gargling morning evening
avoid smoke and dust
and ultra voilet lamp rays exposure for 10 15 minutes from comfortable distance will furthur make y comfortable
i dont know where are y located but there is a remedy sinusulia from Bioron france try getting it or Pentarken cinnaberis
i am confident that before that y would be cured and comfortable

Yes, I had taken lots and lots of antibiotics for many years as it was only thing that was controlling my sinusitis problems. Gradually I reduced them after taking homeo medicines but still when I felt aggravated sinus problems I had been taking them even till recently.

I am from India but presently in U.S. I can get boiron medicines here. I do nasal irrigation almost every day and it helps to some extent. Will try hepar sulphur and sinusilia as you mentioned.
