Default Heat Wave

In pakistan, the temperature is about 43 c. Govt has announced summer vacations for three months in the colleges and school. I request to members to highlight medicines which are mostly use in summer season.

What could be the preventive measures for protecting ourselves from heat stroke.

What are the prophylactic remedies for heat stroke?

Nice to see the change in the forum. good luck

Default lot of water

plenty of water intaking is the only preventive/prophylatic
Glonione is the remedy for heat stroke but regarding preventive y need to rely on yr immune and its role as prophylatic is debatable
regards

How Nat.Mur. is related to this problem? Do increase in temp. causes increase or retention of salt in system?
