no vomiting, tongue slightly white coated
better by pressing abdomen
parents put Vegetable oil with cotton on her navel ,,, this gives relief.
no hard abdomen
passing flatulance on legs stretched.

I think remedies to choose from are : Pulsatilla, Phosphorus, Calcarea carbonica, Staphysagria or Chamomilla.
First of all I would try Chamomilla (coated tongue, screaming, aggravation at night, colic pain after anger etc.).

Take two drops of plum met 30 mix with one tea spoon of water and give it to your patient when in trouble otherwise don't use.

This problem mostly start when parents put their babies on market packs. I guess your patient's parents are feeding her baby with nestle milk which is responsible of this problem.

Dear Dr. Mas,

I hesitated to mention Plumbum metallicum because I know only 2 modalities in this case for this remedy, viz. amel : pass wind after stretching legs and amel: press on belly. Are there any other symptoms/modalities that I overlook ? Or are these 2 modalities more important than the ones I mentioned in your view ? I too have a 2 months old baby now, and I was told that if baby sleeps well all day, you still have to wake her up often enough to feed her more during the day, otherwise she'll simply be hungry during the night and will cry all night. And babies have a lot of flatulence normally, as they suck in too much air anyway.

Before giving any remedies, make sure that this is not the case - underfed during the day - hungry at night.

Thanks for your replies. I realise more and more how much I/we still have to learn, especially about homeopathy. As to feeding the baby properly I hope that every mother will follow Elena`s advice. Indeed before giving any remedies !.
I think Ricky`s suggestion about the Colocynthis is worth considering, since this remedy has : better from drawing up knees(or rather doubling up) and (hard) pressure on abdomen. Kind regards.

How about considering Lycopodium too? This has the feature of babies who sleep all day and scream all night.

NH, isn't this the Allen keynote- sleep all day, cries all night, Lycopodium.
