Can we offer cures for all diseases publically in our homeopathic brochures?

My only comment is this: Homoeopathy works in an entirely different way to allopathic methods - potential clients MUST be informed of this.
I think if you advertise that "Homoeopathy Cures All!", (which may be fair enough), you must be sure that patients understand the fundamental differences between the disciplines.

Is it a cure for all diseases in a person or for all existing diseases in the world because homeopathy is said to cure an individual not the diseases?

"Homeopathy cures for all", This formula you can't even apply on any other medical system, why did you pin point homeopathy alone?
