hi, i went a month ago to an homeopat and he gave me pills and drops to take and suggested me a diet that goes on splitting the meals to 3 and eat it in small quantities along the day every 2 or 3 hours , he told me not to drink cofee and of course avoide choclates and cakes.
the problem is that i can't manage because of my work to split my meals. i need some suggestion of how to do it.
for your information i was 78kg, lost 2kg in 2 weeks and then gained 1gk.

You could try eating one major meal (breakfast) in the morning. Thereafter, only small quantities/snacks every 2-3 hours during the day, Nothing oily/fried or sweet though. And of course a very light supper.

it seems very easy, but my question is if eating a slice of white bread every 2 hours, or crakers for example is ok. Snacks are not considered as good fo diet....

The choices for "snacks" are:
Fruits, salads, Skimmed milk, 'Whole' bread with bran, crackers (biscuits), vegetable sandwiches, etc.

so it's a real diet in all it's forms. no eating oily things, whtie cereals etc.
so if i eat 2 slices of bread (white... i have no choice) with a little bit of chease 5%, for breakfast, then for lunch a piece of chicken, then for the rest of the day, a yogurt, crakers, sanwiches... what about cereals like kornflakes ?

Right you have the picture. But you could have a heavier breakfast.
Cornflakes or corn on the cob is Ok as well.

Fruits can also be had in juice form - no added sugar though. Preferably the juicy fruits rather than heavy ones like Banana's or Mangoes.

so why are the homeopathic treatment... just eating this way would be enought. 'cuz what i understood is that the treatment was to arrange how the food is getting into fats ... what i mean is that there are a lot of people who eat normaly, just as i do, or even in very bab ways, and they stay thin because of their metabolism, i thought there was a treatment for correcting mine .
by the way, i'm sorry for all my english mistakes, it happens that i'm not speaking english very well

let's say i'm going to do shopping tomorrow, i really have nothing at home, what would you suggest me to buy ?
and i don't know exactly how much is for a 'small quantity'... 1 sandwich with cheese and vegetables... a ball of cornflake, 3 or 4 crakers... is this alright ? what about soup for dinner ?
(sorry if i'm bothering you with all my questions...)
