I'm assuming you are a trained homeopath, hence my answer below.

Medically speaking, Both the sympotms you've mentioned above are Common symptoms of anaemia and so are not necessarily characteristics for a remedy.
Also to use the method of peculiar, rare, characteristic symptoms, you'll need to have at least 3 of those for a prescription.

Do the many symptoms yu have help form a constituional picture? One would then need to find out which are the symptoms to precribe on.

There is no easier way out like using a Disease Name to find a remedy. ITs like finding a needle in a haystack. This step is generally the final one used when distinguishing between a few indicated remedies and you need to know which one will be most appropriate.

So you could either post the PICTURE of patients' symptoms here for anyone to help you out with that, otherwise you could contact me or anyone of us privately and we would help you with this analysis.

Sorry I haven't responded sooner but have had computer problems.

I too have megaloblastic anaemia but it doesn't cause me any symptoms hence my interest in your patient's.
