I'v known of two people who have this "delusion" or feeling...that someone has come into their home and moved things around. Its not the feeling that it is an enemy. But its not the feeling that the person is known.

Oh, I forgot to mention...that is is obvious to everyone else that the person themselves has moved the objects...in one case..hidden them and in the other case...they seemed to just appear where they had not been before. Maybe they are different rubrics.

Carol,

Delusion: Strangers, seemed to be in the room
Memory, weakness, done, for what he has just
Mind, paranoid
Delusion, people, prank with him
Delusion, people, behind him, someone is
Delusion, people, beside him, doing as he does
Delusion, person, another person in the room
Delusion, present, someone is
Delusion, strange, familiar things seem, objects seem
Delusion, double, of being
Delusion, identity, errors of personal
Delusion, thieves, imagines, house, in

Snoopy...do you think the delusion of being double...does the person have to know that they are double...?

Carol,

I just thought that since you said he hides things and then says, "Where are they?" it's as if he has more than one identity, or, in the case of alumina, they hear their voice and think it's someone else's voice, it's confusion of identity.
Maybe I should have looked up Mind, confusion too.

He had so many thoughts coming into his head at once...a hyperactivity of thoughts...and on the outside he was trying to maintain control...like he was okay and if you met him you'd think he was just a little off, a little nervous. He delivered himself into a hospital today. I couldn't come up with anything except maybe lachesis...from the bogers. He was much better from movement...motion..as traveling in the car..but the remedies for that didn't fit any of the remedies for disordered thinking. I'm wondering if the 140.00 therapeutic repertory by boenninghausen..the 1846 book would have helped me out here.
