As you can see from the other post I did, I am trying Arsenic Album (1/2 cap full) for a new remedy for anxiety and panic. I was ok for a couple days then was hit with one of the worst days ever. My homeopath thought it was interupted by my toothpaste and had me take another 1/4 cap. Since then, it seems like I have had SLOW improvement from day to day but not feeling better by any means. Most of the symtoms of anxiety and panic are still there. I just dont feel right. I thought that you feel better right after you take it. How long do some of these remedies take to work. Thanks again. You all have been very helpful. I just wanted a few second opinions. This has been a very hard time in my life. :razz:

Sometimes it's instantaneous and sometimes over a month. In Vithoulkas' book, The Science of Homeopath, he shows graphs of various response patterns and they really are all over the place. My experience has been that sometimes when the remedy is antidoted, it will start to come back in a few days. If I repeat the remedy while it's still trying to reestablish itself, the aggravation phase is more pronounced.

I often see an initial energy spurt, then tiredness and a worsening of the condition and then a gradually improvement. As for how long this takes it really does depend on a lot of factors as every patient is an individual
