This cyst is making part of the foot numb. They won't take it out because they say the scar tissue left will just make things worse. Would this be a caly salt or something like one would use for bone spurs, etc?

Also..an old injury from a fall...worse from sitting, worse in the evening, worse from standing. Better by movement. In the knee area. Would this be rhus tox?

Thanks snooperina...As far as the cyst goes...tho...its internal...should she being taking garlic oil internally?

I thought she had a cyst on her spine, did I misunderstand? If it's on the inside of the body and can't be seen or felt,
that's a tough one. There's a lot of remedies for cysts--silica, bar-c, graphites, calc, kali c., etc.
It's hard to say. Maybe someone else will know.

I was looking through the murphey's repertory..under numbness of feet...from pressing on spine..only one remedy..phosperous...does this make it a frontrunner?

But never mind- you are not the only one who believe, that Robin Murphy is a homeopath and that the things written in this book are reliable.

I'm awaiting winning the irish lottery so I can purchase the 1846 version of boenninghausesn...translated. In the meantime...I've got the boger's charact..and repertory and I hardly find it very easy to use.. I'd, I'll have to go page by page from the beginning to figure out how to manage it and I may never find a simple list of remedies for numbness from pressure on spine. But your post reminded me of something...this woman has a numbness of feeling throughout her body...since her husband almost died a few years ago..so the numbness in the feet has been raised in status to a general.But since I don't get how to use the book...this information means nothing to me at the moment.

Before Hans woke me up I was dreaming that this very very large dark man working on the outside of an unfinished house...smashed his finger with a hammer. I ran into another house to find hypericum. The man was chasing me...because he was mad that he hurt himeself and that all I could think of was remedies. The first box of remedies I came to was mixed up with little bottles of perfume. I thought of another box of complete remedies..and was about to go find it...when the man appeared at my side with his red thumb in pain. I figured that my the time I found the remedy...his finger would already have healed.

Now, see if you can confirm Phosphorus. Is she thirsty for ice cold drinks? Does she sleep on her right side? Is she ameliorated by company?
Is she easily reassured? In general, look in your materia medica and see if you see a case for phos., especially regarding the chief complaint.
