It sounds fine if you found all the indications to support Symphytum.
I don't personally see the need for the calc phos tissue salts. The correct homoeopathic remedy will facilitate healing in the quickest possible time.

Personally I would use Symphytum 6 as it is a physical problem , unless as Chris says the remedy suits in other ways.
