By doing direct criticism does not mean that we have no respect for that person. Discussing on principle is good for healthy discussion.

I know how you feel. It looks very bad if a person, rather than trying to help, immediately refers a "patient" to a paying web site. It looks suspicious.

I always try to help. When I feel I'm not getting anywhere, I inform the patient that he or she might be better off seeing dr. leela.

Since this thread has caused dr. leela embarrassment, i'll refer in private emails in the future.
