It is incorrect to assum that allopathy is always successful in making the pain disappear instantly. Many patients with arthritis go on experiencing agonising pain despite all-out efforts by the allopaths to "kill" the pain. In most of such cases, homeopathy offers a good prospect of permanent relief.

What is the role of Mag Phos in subsiding pain in homeopathy?

jhan, I want to add in homeman's reply. Mag phos is a good remedy in dysmenorhoea. Use 1m or cm potency. It can relieve excruciating pain in cancer patient in repeated doses. In angina pectoris it has immediate action in relieving pain. In bio chemic form no remedy is suitable other than mag phos in neuralgia due to strong cold wind, should be given after dissolving in small quantity of warm water. I prefer to prescribe Mag phos in tetnus shots in 200 or above. You can antidote aspirin by using mag phos in 6x. Stress and its related nervous tension due to nerve stiffness can be handle easily by mag phos in 200 potency. Is it enough or you want to know more?
