Does a remedy come to anyone's mind for the following:-
I absolutely hate people behind me (especially strangers)- either walking, sitting etc. If I go to the Cinema I have to sit right at the back so nobody can sit behind me. I cannot bear it. The feeling that comes up is a mixture of anger and anxiety.
Any ideas?

Hi and thanks, I have already been treated constitutionally with many different remedies.
Nat Mur, Sepia, Lyc, Caust, Staph, Carc (the main ones - not in that order).
Originally was treated because of dry skin (which is better) and for shyness, fear of being myself, and lack of confidence.
All seem better these days.
However I still have (mentals):- the hatred of people behind me, panic attacks, irritability (like Nux Vomica). and Physicals, bloated stomach from gas (constant), tension in my shoulders (they are like rocks).
Not sure what else you would like me to tell you/ Just let me know.
and thankyou
Natalie B

Dear new comer,

You should start listening music. You can get rid of this problem by singing and listening music. I have my few websites which represent me as a singer. Still no body knows anything about me. Who I am? Keep silent... Sheeessshh

O.K I will not follow you.

Natalie,

I have the same symptom! If anyone's walking behind me I want to turn around and slug them!

Medorrhinum has the delusion that someone is behind him or beside him, but that's different.
And Crotalus C. I believe has a fear that someone is behind him, but that's not it either.

Do you sneeze after you eat?

Wink

Thanks for the advice Dr Mas!
Yeah Snoopy I feel exactly the same, it takes all my willpower not to punch people who do it.
No I don't sneeze after I eat...(there is no pattern to my sneezing).
Originally it was amusing but now it is really affecting me...I have quite a low tolerance for people in general - especially people in public situations like on a bus or similar. I noticed that Nux Vom gets really irritated by people "even the rattle of a newspaper" which strangely irritates the hell out of me!
Anything repetitive that people do - scratching their head over and over, sniffing, boy so many to list! Sounds like I live a miserable life - but I don't, but I would still like to "fix" this. Any ideas?

What is the worse thing that could happen when you feel this way? Fear of being hurt or that you will loose control and hurt others? Do you ever express this anger and if so how and when? In front of others or towrads others or when you are alone? And in either case how do you feel about it?

If various discharges like getting angry or others related to stomach make you feel better it could be Lach. LAch is usually considered a severe remedy but it is more about the cycle. if you have fear and suspicion adn constrict in places and discharges amel. initially but then weak, it could be Lach.

Nat-c is also interesting. Also what makes your panic attackes better or worse?

JO

Thanks John.
What I fear happening is being grabbed or jumped on and overpowered and also hit on the head.
I don't express my anger..and if I did it would be unrelated and inappropriate and I would feel ashamed afterwards.
Is perspiring a discharge? Because I definately feel better for perspiring...much better - calm and relaxed - i LOVE humid weather.
Panic attacks - nothing makes them better..the feeling goes slowly on its own after a few days. What makes them worse? Trying to make decisions about anything and coffee.
