It looks to me, leaders from other part of the world were not GREAT leaders OR they were not interested in homeopathic system of medicine at all.

Monthly Homeopathic magazine “KAMAL” , has published Urdu quotation on its title page by Great poet of the east Allama Dr. Muhammad Iqbal in November 2002 issue. I am going to translate for you

The writer of famous poem “SARAY JEHAN SAY ASCHHA HINDUSTAN HAMARA” (Hindustan-Indo Pak is the most beautiful region of the world) Allama Dr. Muhammad Iqbal at time offered following remarks about homeopathy:-
