Hi there,
I have a lower lip problem that started out as herpes, went to impetigo, healed from that and now just cracks and peels and and cracks and peels. This has been going on for some time. I would really appreciate some help with this. It is uncomfortable and embarrasing. I work in the public eye and having scab-bie raw lip is scaring the kids.
Thank you,
Jan

Hi Jan,
We'll need much more information to help you with this - like - is there any pain? What makes that worse or better, etc.
Some of the commonly indicated remedies would be Sepia, NAt mur, but to decide on a remedy (it could be any ohter), we look for other charateristics - otherwise it will not work.
Hope this helps.

2 remedies come up under cracked lips -- silica and Nat Mur - as herpes was here would suggest that you try Nat Mur 1M.

hi
cracked lips do indicate lot of aspects but one simple homeopathic solution is use petroleum 30
to start with though this malady will cure within few days use but externally y can use simple petroleum jelly non perfumed added with few drops of calendula Q twice or atleast bed time (one oz of pet jelly added with 40 drops of calendula will make an excellent external application ointment)
