as a student i think that homeopaths are able to deal with or run ICU but over here there is nothing remarkable happening in homeopathy except clinic is this the situation all over the world or it's just us who have been left behind.

another question in my mind is that i often read if selected remedy fails then this one is the best remedy, so why we wait for the failure of our selected remedy why don't we prescribe that particular remedy at first .is it against the rules......

can any one teach me how to select right potency i'm confuse. plz help...

I'm not sure, but I think the medicine has to be in the hospital's formulary in order to be prescribed. However, my homeopathic doctor works in the emergency room at a local hospital and does use homeopathy, but it's a small osteopathic hospital.

Potency - match the potency to the strengh of the vital force. You can infer the strength by the virulence of the disease and by the age of the patient. The more sure of the remedy and the closer the fit, the higher you would go. The more the center of the case is M/E, the higher you would go. After some experience, it gets easier.

no, I think this is not against the rule. you have to search for the right remedy. this is our main objective. you have many options to reach at right remedy. the selection is based on your common sense and experienced in the field. the remedy which you are thinking is a right remedy if does not work then it is not a right remedy , find more symptoms and select your remedy.
