HI Sam,
The cortizone cream application is not going to help things and there is often a direct relationship with suppression and your other complaints.

Otherwise for such a deep seated comlaint, things seem to be progressing. I assume the constipation is better now?

You could look to reducing the frequency of the doses furthur if you're still feeling stable after the last dose.
Warm regards,
Doctorleela

Sam,
The rash could also be an indication of excess remedy esp if it is an old complaint. Applying anything would increase the fluctuations of your other complaints too.

I really think you need to wait a little longer on each dose, till you feel yourself sliding down again. MAybe you could get back then and let us decide if another dose is really indicated, adn i think the skin rash will be another indicator.

You may have to decide whether the rash is a better alternative to deal with than the panic episodes.

All the best,
Doctorleela

Thuja is a remedy that really, really suffers from suppression of any kind.

Suppression of sweat, for example, suppression of warts, suppression of pimples, rashes, and other skin symptoms...all are to be discouraged when Thuja is given, because a thuja patient REALLY needs to let those symptoms come out! I'm not sure if these symptoms coming up for you after taking the remedy are just a sign that you've taken too much and are going through an aggravation (the extreme constipation you describe leads me to believe that, especially if it isn't a problem anymore), but I am sure you ought to just let them happen and clear up on their own. They should be temporary; and they can be helped with an "antidote" remedy if things get too far out of hand.

I think I may have missed the point, which I now take to be, as Divina put it, to let these things "clear up on their own." I'd just emphasize that my reactions tend to be severe and prolonged, so that any way to minimize discomfort, short of suppressing symptoms, is still desirable, as is the possible or even likely necessity of an antidote.

Sam, DO you have a dagnosis for your rash? Depending on what it si there could be ways to handle it inspite of the discomfort.

YEs for the moment, the best thing to do is not take any more Thuja. Steam Inhalations for the cold should be the best thing at present. iF it progresses, like before, which I doubt it will, then we'll see.

Regards,
Doctorleela

Sam,

The hardest thing in homeopathy is the waiting and watching part.

Trying not to interfere is key, just because we want to keep the case clear and manageable, and be able to accurately know what is going on in the body--if it is actually getting better or worse.

Thuja is a very deep acting remedy that has to work a little bit more slowly because it is addressing, in every case, what is close to a lifetime of suppression. I have no doubt that if the remedy is indeed curative for you you will be able to live without your anti-depressants and your HBP pills...but for now you ought to continuously monitor your need for those meds with your doctor, as your need for them will decrease as you become well.

So, hang in there as best as possible...
Good luck,
Divina
