Dear Dorothy,
It is so nice to hear from you a longtime member.

I recommend varying your food as much as possible. Taking the same things daily is what leads to getting more allergies. So rotate the bran that you take daily and the nuts too to different kinds. Not the same kind every day.

Walnuts contain acid hydro. cyanide. They may give heart problems, cyanosis, lack of oxygen in the red blood corpuscles, and that may give high blood pressure. How is your Vitamin D and E? Are you getting all the essential fatty acids?

I have some other nutritional suggestions for you too, if you care to e-mail me I would be happy so share this information with you.

Green tea is good too.

Did you take Calc Carb before... right? with no results?

Take Care
Carole

thank you all, take all the vitamins suggested and more. are you saying cob.(metal) is the antidote for Rawfl. Standard Homeo says champ. or mint would be the antidote, no spec.info on it.
-in USA they are saying walnuts 10-12 a day will help the heart.?? green tea keeps me up at nite, even if have it noon. taking hawthorn, feng. and capsicum teas for now. still undecided about the garlic situation. I do rotate foods all the time, away of becoming allergic to stuff. like a took white willow(instead of aspirin) for about 6 months, and now can't. not an easy situation with allergies, most likely born with them that caused the broncial condition since 6 mons. old. so what, Ive made it this far, 85 and still on the go 7-llpm., so cant complain, and never will even if something desides to go really wrong, I believe in life with dignity and death with dignity. thanks again all, dege1@juno.com
