I think the family history sounds like a strong Inherited Tubercular miasm - mainly becsue the cancers were survived, heart problems. There is a hint of sycosis - OBC, skin tags etc.
So this child does have Tub in her past - the repeated infections, and an allergic tendency - eczema and asthma - so Psora.

Spots on the teeth - I don't know - could even be some sort of flouride or calcium problem - dietary or environmental.

So I think her remedy will be predominantly TUbercular with a wide psoric base too.

I've not repertorized your information as I was wondering how Anna/HAns would apply the Chronic Diseases to their idea of latent Psora, activated psora, original sympotms and artificial disease in this case.

So lets see.
