Maybe. Or maybe another aspect of the case will get worse and the fever subside. Or no aggravation may occur and the patient gets better. Or the fever may only go up so slightly for such a short time that it is not noticed.

Shirley Scrichman,
I am only interested in knowing that whether the temperature will rise or not, if the remedy fits perfectly to the patient. We have listened so many time that if a remedy fits perfectly. It will slightly aggravate the symptom. Thanks for reply Dr. Aamir. I know you voted for me during election.

If the potency is an exact match, it will not aggravate. However, it's rare that the potency is exact, e.g., what if the exact potency were a 317X. We usually only have 200X or 200C. And again, if there were an aggravation, it may be something other than the fever that aggravates. Also, the patient may have the subjective feeling of being hotter without the fever actually rising. We can only tell the results in retrospect. It is impossible to theorize ahead of the time precise response.

My answer is surely with CAROL. The temp will never rise from any degree. Please tell your view whether the temp will rise or not?

Perhaps we would see a temperature rise IF the body needs it to over come the disease. If the body does not need to raise the temperature, then it will not.
Potency may also determine this, as it is necessary to create a stronger similar disease in order to destroy the natural disease. I find that it is impossible to predict which symptom will aggravate, or even if any symptoms will aggravate at all. Children often develop fevers as part of a cure, while adults do more rarely. Fever is no more prone to an aggravation than any other symptom. This is what Hahnemann says about what to expect in a homoeopathic aggravation (aph156): "Meanwhile, expecially when the dose is not sufficiently diminished, there is seldom a medication (even one that is apparently fittingly selected homoeopathically) that does not bring to pass, in irritable and fine-feeling patients - a small new symptom - during the duration of its action. This is because it is almost impossible for the symptoms of the medicine and those of the disease to cover one another as exactly as two triangles with equal sides and angles."
