Any ideas till I get to a dentist. I tried hypericum...nothing, cham helped a tiny bit for a while. My heckla lava is in someone else's possession. I'm going on desperate. a continual aching feeling in lower left. Though it could be coming from upper left.

There are several dozen remedies that have pain in the lower left. Can you be more specific. Do you know which tooth, molar, etc., is there any sensation besides aching, any modalities, i.e., pressure, heat, cold, air, etc. Any change in your state since it came on? What brought it on?

I had amaurosis at 4:00 in the morning two nights ago. I woke up with a migraine and had head pain and nausea all day.I took my usual remedy, nat murLM, and it started a couple of hours later. I've felt an aching before in gums after nat mur...but this time it kept getting worse. I do have a tooth that is first tooth on the upper far left side which is an incomplete root canal. My dentist said it would have to be removed eventually. cold water doesn't seem to affect it. But getting overly or even just excited does aggravate it.I heard once about a healer who could cure everyones teeth problems en masse. So I've been praying that I don't have to go through this pain. I took nat mur 30c and the pain went away for about 20 minutes...but it came back. I tried nux...not much,,so I succussed the 30cnat mur and I'm on a short vacation from pain at the moment.

Should I just keep succussing the nat mur and taking it everytime the pain comes back?

I would say the migraine came on from undersleep and overly stimulated...plus homemade fudge and a grilled cheese sandwich. In the middle of the pain of migraine...it was totally...I didn't want sound or light...and as my stomach was upset...I was afraid that anything I would eat would make me sicker. I tiptoed around. Thats how I feel with the toothache...tip toe around so as not to have any energy go to that area.

Did the headache go away when the toothache came on or did you have them both together? Also, does the gun still hurt? Does chewing or pressure make it better or worse?

The headache...which was really only very painful when I coughed...went away and the toothache came on. I didn't have them together at any time. I just ate some food but I didn't chew on that side. I got worried because someone just told me an "exciting" story and for a moment I could feel the energy go into my tooth area.. at the moment...my gums are not hurting. I must tell you that I was on hyos for a bad cough..which became not so bad but when this amaurosis started(5 minutes before that I felt my whole consciousness shift...like I was having a dizzyness attack or something) I have not coughed bad since all this started.

The pain has started again...its a low level throbbing...but it feels like its on the lower left gum...but actually hurts in a little different way on top far left tooth area. Can I keep taking the nat mur 30c succussed each time. The pain is getting worse every minute.

So, did you take Hyos for a cough, which then become amaurosis ( is this partialis fugax or an actual migraine?), then took the Nat-mur for the headache which then became a toothache? When did you take the hyos last? I am wondering if the remedies have moved all these symptoms around, and is it direction of cure. These are all current or old symptoms, yes?

Is someone prescribing these remedies for you? Are you able to contact them for advice?

I would consider Belladonna if you feel it is prudent to take yet another remedy

Tooth pain < excitment
< Jar
< Light
< Sound
Throbbing pain

However, Hyos is in the rubric tooth pain < excitement, which is a small rubric. This could be an aggravation or a proving of the remedy.

It sounds like the Hyos supressed the symptoms. The four remedies that fit the best are Bell, Cham, Coffea & Hyos. Bell is similar to and follows Hyos. Coffea would be my next choice.

David posted while I was writing my reply. I think we agree that Bell would be the best fit now.
