Hello,
This is a case of a manic state brought about from an ectasy tablet. This person has had episodes of manic states before and had been on lithium for 12 years, been off lithium for 1 year now. So aetiology is definitely Ectasy tablet - person fearless, feels is having spiritual episode, very happy, can't sleep properly.
Hope someone has had some experience of this - I'd thought of Phos, any other suggestions?
