A few more suggestions: Pyrogen, if the reaction is septicemia, convulsions, delirium, high fever, sweating. Hepar Sulph: if abscess forms with pus and arm becomes hypersensitive. Belladonna:
arm swells up with heat and throbbing and fever.
Hypericum: Sharp shooting pains in arm.
Apis: Anaphylaxis, throat closes, fever, wants cold applications, stinging pains, histimine reaction with hives, etc.

This approach might be of help to some not wanting to immunize children.

Carole, that is precisely what the article I posted about above refers to doing. But it also says you need to know the laws in whichever state you reside in - otherwise it could fail...but ultimately - that is the last step - asking the doctor to sign that s/he is responsible for any adverse effects...and they never do!

THanks Snoopy and everyone that responded. Will let you know how it goes. Although I'd like to fight the issue, I know in our case it's a loosing battle. Will keep all the info in case we need it with our own kids, where we can fight if need be.
