Thanks, I just prescribed the phos when I posted this topic- he hasn't been on any homeopathic treatment until he saw me last week. I definitely think there could be some kind of aggravation - I warned his mom of this possibility, so hopefully they will still continue treatment if there is a rash/eczema resurfacing. He is actually learning quite well(he has only been here 4 months)and his mom said he is picking up english fairly quickly, but he still has had to spend the last few months in kindergarten where all the children spoke english fluently and he couldn't communicate freely.
Anyway, thanks so much for your input - I will update you on followup !!
