I just received a copy of this and there is a lot of work in it.
The index can be used alongside the German facsimile edition of Boenninghausen's 1846 TT, available from von der Lieth publishers.
I add my thanks to Hans for giving away copies of his work.

Has anyone worked out the correct printer settings for this document please?

It comes up fine on screen but when I try to print it I get the grid printed as it should be but the text overprinted in four lines running down the grid instead of across it.

Anna that will be A4 Landscape you need.
