Yes - I do believe that jealousy is a part of her hitting the little boy in the first place (doesn't this all sound so silly?).

To everyone else:

I am curious as to why cina is recommended - it is a remedy that I am not that familiar with.

Arsenicum sounds like a possibility - I will read up on it some more when nap time rolls around.

Thank you everyone - I will post later with any progress.

I think Cham would be a good choice for the short tem Rosalin.

But a friend of mine (a good homeopath) has suggested Sepia on the basis of:
Wants to be held
Des Cheese

I think a dose of 30 would be a good idea. Do be careful of your diet too that may be causing some acidity.

Warm regards,

We have sucess - arsenicum was what my baby needed (thanks, Snoopy). Clinging from fear was the key, whereas I had assumed that it was clinging from teething or some other discomfort. She plays happily and doesn't scream anymore when that little boy comes near her. Now that poor little boy is crying all the time because my daughter is picking on him again (back to her wicked ways, again). Oh well - I'm sure this is part of her constitutional, which I still haven't figured that one out yet but that is not urgent.
Again, thank you everyone for your input - I learn so much from the people who post on this bulletin board.

Good observation Snoopy,
Clinging due to fear. Made all the difference!
