Congratulations, Grandma, I read this post after a 500 mile drive to attend the birth of my granddaughter, who decided to wait once I got there! So, no granddaughter yet, but I got to snuggle with her big brother. Hope you enjoy her as much as I do mine.

The baby is incredibly beautiful...a full head of hair...eyes open..face so relaxed she looked like she was smiling and so happy to be here. The mother didn't take any drugs at all...and said, next time..."I'm taking drugs."
